I am a young artist who specializes in portraiture using mainly a ballpoint- a skill I developed at the back of the classroom. I firmly believe that you don’t need fancy materials or elaborate techniques to express yourself. I never went to art school nor have I taken much interest in the formal study of drawing. While some may object to this approach, I have only seen this as an advantage. If nobody tells you what to do, you will find ways that work for you. Constantly trying out new materials, new styles, messing up or surprising myself is why I love to draw. 

Following this approach, I’m also experimenting with new materials such as pastel and oil paint. While I hope to never stop developing my art, I am proud of the works I produce. It is my ambition to make this passion my career.
